THE FIRST DRAWING IS BASED OFF OF  IVAN EARLE DRAWINGS. ITS CALLED SPOOKY TREES AND IT IS MADE BY USING LAYERS AND DIFFERENT PENS AND THICKNESSES. THE SECOND DRAWING IS OF OUR CHOICE AND IT IS OF A SNOWMAN

This is my final pinch pot figure. It was formed, fired, glazed, then fired again. The base of the figure is the pinch pot and the other balls are mostly hollowed out. Also the top is cut off and and a handle was put on. The figure is simply black and white with a pink handle. An art element i used is to form to pinch pots into one and to incorporate that ball into a figure.

This box was made from a slab rolled out on a slab rolling table. Then it was flattened with a rolling pin more and cut out with a template.all the edges were cut with a 45 degree angle and scored and slipped together. Lastly corner pieces were added and bricks were cut out for decoration.

This is a figure made from to pinch pots molded together. The snowman is hollowed out and has to arms for stability while doing its handstand. It fired well but the bottom dried uneven so it's unstable also to top lid is uneven as we'll but there's no breakage.

This is a painted face portrait of my group mate Kenna.  It uses all the elements of the portrait drawings but with different paint techniques. We used darker colors due to shadows on the face and using brush marks according to the plane in which you are painting on. Also blending colors to make new colors such as the skin color is a mixture of red, green, and white.

Missing but it is done!

These were face and skull drawings with realistic measurements. A face would generally be 8in tall and the eyes are place half way on the face. The mouth would usually be 2in from the chin and the nose Gomes down from the eyebrows between the lines and down near the mouth. Then the ears go from the eyebrows  to the mouth on the side of the face.
